Hi Li, I do not use a torque wrench, but use a small ratchet wrench and tools so as not to over-tighten torque bolts. As for the pvc, I glued a screw cap pipe end to the end of the pipe and it is easy to unscrew the cap to get to the tool 🙂

Thank you for all the info. Very helpful. I was wondering what you use for a torque wrench and any recommended method for attaching the cap on the pvc pipe I use as a tool holder? I’ve heard people say a torque wrench is not needed, but I’ve had problems with both over/under torqueing leading to weeks long waits on parts (ie valve adjusters, oil pans, snail adjuster and axle nut, etc)
