“When people ask, we usually bumble off so many that you could write a book. How do you decide which are the best? Some passes are only 20km long, some include asphalt and/or dirt and then there are the different landscapes.
For us, the best is a combination of eye-watering, engaging passes with the most mind-bendingly beautiful landscapes. And of course, those, out of the way, unknown paths go a ranking up on the list.
We spend hours looking and researching places and roads to explore, an overload to the senses as there are just so many. We stumbled on some pretty groovy roads that blew our expectations clean out of the water. There are so many it will take a book to pen all of them. We will share ones that left a long-lasting impression on us.”
